Your Order
All items are checked before dispatch. However, if something appears to be wrong with your order when you receive it then let us know immediately and we will endevour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
If you've placed an order by mistake or would like to cancel your order for another reason, please call 0208 983 3504 or email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
We may cancel any sale and not supply the products if it is reasonable to do so. We may also and change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Price
The price for each product on this website is inclusive of V.A.T. We always try to make sure that the prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
Availability
We try to keep this website as up to date as possible but, due to the nature and limited availability of the products that we sell, we cannot guarantee that particular product will always be in stock. If we can't supply a product we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative sweet. We may also offer you the option of having the product sent to you as a back order (to follow the remainder of your order as soon as the product becomes available). Alternatively, we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns
If you are unhappy about your purchase, wish to cancel an order or have made a mistake in ordering please call us on 0208 983 3505 or email us ([email protected]) and we will do our best to sort things out.
Deliveries
We endeavor to have your purchase to you within 3 working days, but sometimes it can take a bit longer. If your order is taking longer expected then please call us on 0208 983 3505.
